Meet Alexandra Soltyk, WCO Training Manager

In the role of World Class Operations (WCO) Training Manager Alexandra plays a key role in ensuring that training mechanism works efficiently, and people are equipped with the necessary knowledge and toolkits to drive, facilitate and run WCO activities at all levels of the organization. After the WCO program was launched in 2020 with the combination of business excellence, continuous improvement, and total productive management toolkits, the WCO team has trained over 1,500 of our colleagues who are leading the WCO activities on the shopfloor.
